This project will respond to themes of emotion and colour, texture, and speed. There are many different ways of expressing feelings, and there are also many different things that can represent and show feelings. Therefore, it is important to let people know which emotions are represented by common elements such as colour, texture, and speed. When people watch this video, their emotions will change with the changes of these elements, so as to better understand emotions. 360 video will be used in this project. 360 video can create a completely immersive environment (like a 3d movie), where people will better experience the colour, texture, speed and other elements and emotions in the immersive environment and the changes of emotions caused by them. Besides, the video will be presented in the form of a one-shot. The one-shot technique can make the whole work very coherent, combined with my project, which will make the audience's experience of emotional changes more intuitive.

The artistic creation of emotion is closely related to psychology. Colour psychology is one of the scientific theoretical foundations used by artists to express different emotions. colour psychology believes that colour is the sensation that the wavelength of light stimulates in the brain. Each wavelength stimulates the perception of a different colour, which changes throughout the colour spectrum. People are attracted to certain colours for various reasons, and there are also stereotypes about personal colours. Colour can stimulate many emotions, including calmness, anxiety and even hunger (Sophia, 2017). The work of an artist named Lidia Seara has a great influence on my project (Lidia 2016). She edits the clips containing colours in many movies together (putting the same colour clips together), which makes people feel the emotional changes brought by colours to a large extent because there are so many movie clips. Especially when changing between colour and colour, you can feel a strong emotional impact. Therefore, in my project, I will pay attention to the emotional transformation between element changes, and reflect the current colour, texture, and speed characteristics as much as possible in a limited environment.
